Quluq is an independent online retailer. Unless a product page says otherwise, we do not claim to manufacture the products or be affiliated with a third-party brand.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not offer delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Checkout confirms destination availability.

Is Standard shipping free?

Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Carrier transit after shipment is estimated at 2–4 business days. Total delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking information is sent when available after your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If we cannot ship on time, we will offer a revised estimate or cancellation and prompt refund.

What items are eligible for return?

Request within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, undamaged, and include supplied accessories.

Quluq covers approved eligible returns and provides a prepaid return label.

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

No. Request a return and place a separate order for a different item.

When will my refund be issued?

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

What if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
